A service to mark Founders Day will be held at St. Johns Church in Hamilton on 22nd February. The 22 February 2009 is the 152nd birthday of Lord Robert Baden-Powell, Founder of the World Scout Movement. The anniversary is celebrated by nearly 28 million Scouts across the world as 'Founder's Day' and will be marked by parties, events and activities, normally on the Sunday closest to the date.
