Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Management:
    • Schedule and prepare agendas for regular Trustee meetings.
    • Attend and take comprehensive minutes of all meetings, capturing key decisions and action points.
    • Distribute accurate minutes to committee members in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain updated membership records, including contact information and volunteer roles.
    • Oversee the filing and archiving of important documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
    • Manage the Group calendar, keeping track of key events, deadlines, and bookings.
  • Communication:
    • Coordinate communication between committee members, leaders, parents, and the wider Scouting community.
